​How often should you apply a sealer to your concrete ?

On average, every 2-4 years. Surface exposure, moisture, rain, freeze/thaw zones, high sunshine areas, highly acidic areas (exposure to salt, chlorine, vehicle traffic, animals, studded tires), need to be considered. Dirt and moss are easily removed with high power pressure washing. If your sealer is working moisture should bead up on the surface. Damage, cracks and unsealed concrete should be addressed immediately to prevent further damage.
